hello,
any chance of adding http://drupal.org/project/openacademy to the install list, looks like it will be a good project.

omega8cc CreditAttribution: omega8cc commentedYep, we already tried both Open Academy and Panopoly and none works with Drush based install in Aegir.
Aside from those two specific distros issues, it is just yet another reason to add/fix Apps support in Aegir: #1088472: Introduce simple switch for changing write permissions to support apps (Drupal App Store) with plugin manager disabled
It is an issue over year old already, so we plan to attack it now and get it fixed one way or another ASAP. Stay tuned!

BManuel CreditAttribution: BManuel commented@omega8cc what's eta on Open Academy, tempted to use ELMS but trying to really stick to drupal 7 now :)
With apps switch patch available now, wanna give OPA another stab?
Thanks
Bob

omega8cc CreditAttribution: omega8cc commentedNo idea. It was not just Apps related (which is no longer an issue). There are more bugs to fix.
We don't have a time to debug it further, so please vote there instead: #1491258: Allow Panopoly to Install with Drush (Including Apps support)

Ari Gold CreditAttribution: Ari Gold commented@omega8cc: Just wondering if the status of adding Open Academy has changed now that the bug you referenced in #5 has been fixed?
