I have sites running the most up to date version of Drupal 7 and when I try and input text after logging in the keyboard fails to show up. This occurs both on my Android phone and tablet. They do not recognize the Seven admin theme inputs at all. I have the most up to date versions of 2.x and 3.x for android. Have other people experienced this same issue? I have tried different browsers and versions of D7

I'm aware of an issue on iOS
I'm aware of an issue on iOS devices with editing using a WYSIWYG editor (something about an unsupported attribute in form fields). But otherwise I haven't struck any issues.
