When I am logged in with my 'admin role' user, I am not able to see the bpc configuration settings. I checked permissions and the 'admin role' has commerce module and bpc permissions enabled (and every single other permission as well). My user has the admin role enabled too.

It is only when I am logged in as User1 that I can see the bpc configuration settings.

How can I make it so my admin role can see the bpc setting?

There was a typo in some of the permission names in 7.x-1.x, which meant that these pages essentially required a permission that does not exist (hence the User-1 only access).

Fix committed and pushed. Thanks for the report!

I just rolled a new release (rc6), releasing a number of fixes. I had been holding back, because I wanted to make sure that some other small issues get fixed, but it has been too long.

However, please don't reopen fixed issues unless you have reason to believe that the committed fix did not address the issue adequately. If you want to remind the maintainers that a serious issue has not found its way into a released version, posting a comment on the issue is enough. (Alternatively, open a new issue asking for a new non-dev release). Reopening just creates confusion as to what has been addressed in code and what has not. Thanks.
