Hey guys, Im currenty migrating a website to Drupal and am having a few issues with primary and secondary links. The way I need the site set up is to have a series of links at the top of the page in the header (primary), that when clicked load their own set of menu items in the left sidebar (secondary). There needs to be a different menu for each primary link as each primary link contains a seperate list of questions relating to each one. - then those items get loaded in the main part of the page.
I've honestly got no idea where to start on this subject so If I could get some help from anyone it would be greatly appreciated - I've read the primary and secondary links guide and it dosn't help at all.
Cheers.

easier ways
sounds like what you want are primary links, and then a separate menu for each "section" of the site corresponding to the primary link? go to the menus section of your Admin interface, create a new menu, and set it to only show on certain desired pages (e.g. the page linked to with a particular primary link).
Depending on how many pages you expect to have (and your code proficiency), there are a number of ways to make this scale more easily.

Thanks for your help, I can't seem to find any part of the admin section that lets me set which pages the menu shows on, where abouts do I find this?
Is this using any particular version? I'm using 5.1

When you create a menu, a block gets created for it too. To configure the visibility settings of the menu, you need to go to the Blocks section under Administer>>Site Building, click on the 'configure' link of the block, select the 'Show only on the listed pages' radio button and enter the paths in the text area below it.
