Add note before configure page submit button to be patient

Need to add a note to the page where you configure the admin account. Right before the button, put a big note saying that it will take awhile for the site to be set up so be patient, e g.

Please only click the <em>Save and continue</em> button <strong>ONCE</strong>. It might take several minutes before your demo site is finished being configured. Take a break...
