Can I achieve this with menu block?

Hi guys,

I have a navigation dropdown menu which is pulling the main menu primary links and secondary links. I also have a menu block which is displaying the secondary links. So far so good! The problem is that I need to not display some secondary links that are displayed in the menu block on my dropdown menu. Does anyone have a clue how can I achieve that with menu block or any other module?
