Having created a first sidebar menu block for child links from Main Menu items in a custom Zen template in Drupal 7.12, I would like visually impaired users who depend on a screen reader and keyboard navigation to be able to access the 2nd level menu after entering a main menu top level link. I do not know how to do this using keyboard tab and enter keys alone - is this possible?

This would spare keyboard users having to tab through the rest of the page beyond the main menu.
