I want to maintain this module as this module has a good number of usage.

FYI, the current maintainer has had this notice on the project page for quite some time:

"This module is no longer maintained. If anyone wants to take over the project let me know."

This maintainership requiest was filed over a year ago, without response, AFAICS.
No other activity in the issue queue since then either.

Please change the maintainer, this could be a useful module on D7 and beyond.

To whom? If the answer is prashantgoel, he'll need to first confirm he's still interested, as it's been over a year since he volunteered.
