Filter content field exposed filter values to those that the current user owns

I apologize if this is a duplicate. I searched the issue queue but with no luck.

My content type (Forum threads) have a Taxonomy term reference field attached to them (field_tags). The same field instance is also attached to user accounts.

In a view that is a list of Forum Threads, I have an exposed filter for Contet: field_tags. This, obviously, shows a list of all terms in field_tags. I'd like to cut down the list to only terms that the user has tagged on their account. Is this currently possible in Views?
