How do we trigger a new official release and a translation status book page update (http://drupal.org/translation-status)? The French translation official release seems so behind the CVS release there is no point getting the official relase anymore.

I counted 1656 differences between the CVS and the official release (diff frcvs/fr/fr.po fr45/fr/fr.po | grep msg | wc)

CVS packages are divided into versions through tagging. Simply update the 4.5 branch is CVS and it will be updated next time the packages are compiled (every 12 hours).

In the case of the Portuguese how do I do that? I create a new 4.5 branch? Currently there is none... Something called "Drupal-4-5" I suppose, right?
