The Taxonomy Help File would not be displayed correctly as there is a leading period in the code. I have submitted a patch that fixes the error so the help file is displayed. :)

Thanks for your post. Which link do you click to get this error (on which page in Drupal)?

Anyway, I removed any language help files in the 7.x version of this module. So, this line is no more needed... So I'll remove it in next releases. I keep your issue for the 6.x version.

The error is visible for the 7.x version when using drush to install. The exact error I received was:

file_get_contents(/Users/dannymacom/Sites/newPantheon/sites/all/modules/taxonomy_csv/taxonomy_csv.help..html): failed to open stream: No such file or directory [warning]

I commit your patch on the 6.x release, but I modify it because the issue is on the next line (see commit (for 7.x release, I remove the line).
