Node links are not printed in node templates for question and answer by default which means that flags and notification links won't display on the page for these content types.

Easy to fix by copying node-question and node-answer tpl files from commons_roots to your custom theme and adding 

print $links;

into the template files if anybody else comes across this issue and needs links to display.

This seems to be the only node in Commons that doesn't show links by default.

The intention here may have been to hide the links in the teaser view but I agree that this should display in the full page view.
