_system_sort_requirements should be case-insensitive

Hi,

When the status report is displayed, the lowercase titles are put after the uppercase titles. This makes the report less readable.

The strcmp used in _system_sort_requirements should be replaced by strcasecmp.

I hope it will be fixed someday...
