Can potential answers to quiz question draw on nodes of a particular content type?

I haven't been able to find anything on this: I'd like to populate the list of possible answers to a quiz question with all instances of a given node type. I.e., the site I'm working on has about 30 participating universities, and I'd like quiz takers to be able to identify which program they're affiliated with -- either by answering a multiple choice question that has options automatically defined by all nodes of the "participating university" content type, or by answering a short-answer question that would recognize instances of the content type as the user begins to type their answer. I'm currently using Drupal 6 and Quiz 6.x-4.1.

Has anyone done anything like this, or have thoughts on whether/how it might be done? Am I overlooking something obvious?
