Usually you need to add each title for each field. There is a similar issue here fixed with this patch https://drupal.org/comment/8561843#comment-8561843

If this is an issue with 7.x-1.0-beta then I suggest you upgrade to 7.x-1.2 and see if you still have an issue. I've addressed this issue in either the 1.1 or 1.2 branches. Please advise once you've done so.
