GA fieldsets positions/weight in edit form

When GA functions is asigned to another content type, i.e. story, GA fieldsets in edit form are between Title and Taxonomy. This is a MESS! But not as big mess, as with GA FUpload, because then we have title, GA fieldsets, taxonomy, and after all this *** we have FUpload fieldset.

It definitively should be under the Content field. Or it should be editable.
