On the My Recent and My Unread pages, there's a link at the bottom of each to "Subscribe with RSS":
http://groups.drupal.org/group/tracker/feed
http://groups.drupal.org/group/myunread/feed

Neither link works; Safari just reports that it "can't find the feed."
