I'm sorry, but just posting an error message is not enough for us to be able to help you. Please see Tips for making a good issue report and provide steps for reproducing the problem.

Please provide exact steps to reproduce the error, preferably from a clean install of Drupal 7.

I have the same problem.
Steps to reproduce:
- add a filefield as a field to messages
- enable the send message link on user profiles
- create a new message to a single user from his profile
- add and upload a file before submitting the message form
result:
- the error message above is displayed above the filefield section, after the ajax refresh of the filefield section

I have Real Name module and the Real Name integration module of Privatemsg enabled.
