failed load

Hello all,

I've been ripping my hair out for days trying to work a solution for getting my colorbox function to work properly. I've scoured the current/past issue topics and attempted quite a few proposed fixes/patches with no avail. I'm fairly new to Drupal, so apologies in advance if this is trivial or something that has already been discussed.

Essentially, the output darkens the screen, shows a lightbox briefly, then fades to complete black without loading the image. See all screenshots attached for a full overview.

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated. In fact, it would make my day/week!
