text-transform:uppercase; on form input elements + js message "Your caps lock key is on" [#1411034]

This, would happen randomly on forms across the site. When active, it should be on all input elements on the page.

I like the idea, but is there a "your caps lock key is on" message in drupal we could use? Probably not, how do you see that working?

Just like an extra bit of text in the #suffix or #description?

It's pretty simple jQuery... just make an overlay that appears when a user types into a field. onkeyup, I think
