The attached patch is a help rewrite which removes the repetition from ping.module help as well as adds notes on Yahoo! and Technorati pinging.

Committed to HEAD. I didn't commit this to DRUPAL-4-5 because Drupal 4.5.1 does not support Yahoo!-pings
