Add Price Per Role Specific Permission

I just had a project that required restricting access to the price per role price settings while still allowing access to administer the store for a specific role. To handle this I created a access control module to add in a admin permission for price per role. It would be much more ideal to have this permission built in to uc_price_per_role itself. This should be pretty simple to add.
