sns_user module doesn't pick up gateway

I'm trying to solve this for some time now. You can see in the attachment that the gateway is not picked up (in my case it's the Clickatell gateway). The attachment is from the debug log at the stage of "preparing message for send" although the same thing happens to all different stages.

This is related only to sms_user module since "send to phone" works as expected along with the verification of the number.

Testing was done from /admin/messaging/settings/test and the result was OK (no errors). But the sms was never passed to my gateway (module).
