Fix for wrong/incomplete permissions, empty $url and correct task log

I'm submitting it as a one patch, but it is a result of my work on getting it to work with BOA (now using Aegir 2.x code), so I filtered out BOA specific stuff I manage in this repo: https://github.com/omega8cc/provision_boost
