A list for every user, with different branding

Please excuse me if this seems obvious, but I'm working on a devel plan for a site and need to know if this can do what I think it can.

The scenario is this: Every user on this Drupal 7 site will have their own mailing list that they can manage and send out emails to. These emails would need to be formatted so that each users' logo and info is contained in that email, down to the sender's address.

Each user would have a form that they would use to to send messages to their lists.

Is this possible with this module?
