Initial release of two new features:
Restrict search results from showing individual items
This follows the core principles of the module by restricting search access to individual nodes. These will still show to the primary user (the user with a uid of 1) and any other users with any role that grants the "search all excluded entities" permission.
This has been implemented by keeping a record of individual nodes to exclude via a new checkbox in the node edit page. From this data, a single SQL join is used to eliminate these from the results (aka. it is very efficient!)
Alter the pager limit
This alters the number of search item results per page.
