On the following path:

PHP is throwing error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function comment_num_new() in %/sites/all/modules/storm_dashboard/storm_dashboard.module on line 452

I clicked to add time tracking on an organization.

The storm_dashboard module has a bad dependency, it depends on the comment module but that is not part of the info file dependency.

Thanks for the report, but this error has been fixed for a while.
Please try the 6.x-1.x-dev version if you are using storm 1.x or the 6.x-2.x-dev version if you are using storm 2.x.
