How to get a list of groups I'm no member of?

The views that come with OG show an example of 'My Groups'. But I need to create a list below 'My Groups' with 'Other Groups'. So i thought to change the filter 'OG Membership State = Approved' to 'OG Membership State <> Approved' but this doesn't work. Which makes sense, as there is no relation between the user and a group if he is no member of the group.

Can this be achieved? And if so: how?
