CAPDEVCO specialises in investing in property on behalf of it's customers.
Customers invest their money, and CAPDEVCO takes care of finding a good property deal, then buying, renting and selling it at the right time.
As far as I know, this is the first Drupal powered property site, and uses a modified version of Pushbutton - so it's standards compliant, accessible, and easy on the eye.
At the moment the content area of each page is split into two columns using a table, but in future I'll create a module to allow content to be added to the left block section at the same time that the central content is created.
Unless you're thinking of investing in property in the UK, the main interest of this site for Drupal enthusiasts will be the number of modules that will bounce out of it into the Drupal projects page - starting with the email newsletter module (coming soon).
The image frame style might also be added to Pushbutton if it gets approval from the other Drupal developers.
