How can I get the drop down menu to show no mater if you are on that page or not. Right now it only shows if you are on the parent items page I want the drop downs to show on any page. Is that possible?

Thats checked the drop down only shows if your on the parent of the drop down not on any other page. I need it to show if its on the parent or not.

If the top-level menu item is set as "expanded" its child links will show as drop downs on any page, unless there is some other configuration interfering with the standard behavior.

Are you actually using the 6.x-2.x-dev version? If so, I would highly recommend that you switch to a recommended version and see if that fixes your issues.
