Upgrade Granada to Fusion 2.x and Fusion Accelerator

The 2.x branch of Fusion no longer uses Skinr but instead the newly released Fusion Accelerator module, which was designed to provide similar features when used with the Fusion theme. Since we don't ship with custom skins, this upgrade should be relatively painless.
