Fatal error: Call to undefined function dsm() in /home/mysite/public_html/modules/heartbeat/modules/heartbeat_rules/heartbeat_rules.inc on line 24

I am using 7.x-1.x-dev nov 28th release.

I'm receiving this error when trying to create a blog node, I installed devel which sort of bypasses the problem but it still exists.
