I have configure one e-commerce website and need to set up one heartbeat, the activity log only view for group user, friends relationship user. I have try to use rules modules to configure the action but it's don't work for me, and i have less understanding the rules modules please some one help me.

Well, Heartbeat itself has a few defaults that work immediately. When working with rules, the only problem you might have, is that a token is not supported. That is something that you can do yourself (or ask it in the module who should provide them)
