Is there any way to have the Gallery displayed on an individual image's node page and have that image selected in the thumbnail display of images in that gallery?

I'm looking to have the Gallery page be a listing (Views) of thumbnails as is supplied by default but when you click on an image it brings you to that image loaded in a gallery view (Gallerific maybe?) and a display of thumbnails with that current image selected (Gallerific or jCarousel maybe?). Even if that image is on let's say page 3 of a 5 page listing of thumbnails.

Hopefully this isn't too confusing to understand. Let me know and I will try to clarify or provide examples.

Any thoughts?

Just solved this.

By using the Node Gallery jCarousel module you can accomplish this functionality. Thanks for the work on both of these projects. They are exactly what I was looking for .
