I Really like to use Clean URLs but turning it On - causing 404 on Images and Attached files, everything else works fine (eg uploaded Audio and Video content, Stories...)
How to fix that!? I have thousands files and images uploaded, should I re upload everything again?

Hi, I don't know how you are linking to your images etc. I had a similar problem where I was just using the drupal_get_path() function to images, css, etc. If I used url(drupal_get_path...) it worked. The only difference in the final HTML was a slash in front of the relative path...so you could try that as well, if using the url() function doesn't work for what you're doing.

Interesting thing, though, now the same code doesn't work with "dirty" URLS! Anybody know how to solve that?

I know the solution!!!!

Private download method doesn't work properly with Clean URLs!!!
Just tourned it off, everything back to normal!
