Width and height attributes of images in CKEditor+IMCE

I use CKEditor and IMCE.

I need attributes "width" and "height" of the tag <img>, but instead is inserted "style" attribute with the rules of css.

But since the styles are cut filter HTML, as a result the image is displayed with the original size.

(Replacement style attributes can not use the Image Resize Filter module.)

How to make use CKEditor attributes "width" and "height", and forget about "style"?
