#191584  Applies trivial patch to quicktags.info which places quicktags and quicktags plus in the same group on the modules page.
#208894 fixes a problem where only the first letter of the text box title was showing.
#72753 by naudefj  and tcblack. Adds order weighting to Quicktags. A simple weight property is added to the arrays that build the icons in the hook_quicktags.

Applies the patch at http://drupal.org/node/198326 which cures a fatal error "Undefined funciton theme_stylesheet_import

First commit of quicktagsplus which contains buttonicons and module to add Unordered lists, Ordered lists, ListItem, Underline, Strike,  h1, h2, h3, Superscript, Subscript, Break, Cite, Image, and Comment.

Synched description with the .info file and the online (on drupal.org) text.

#80975 by ufku, puts the accesskey in the A, and removes it from the IMG. Accesskeys now actually work!

#78923 by Duke. Grippe/resize can work with quicktags. Tested on all mayor browsers and on konqueror.
IT seems to work everywhere.

#78912 reported by Duke, fixed by sshvetsov. Fixes the 'jumpy buttons' because the line appears or disappears.

Changed the class for a the themed textearea to the correct class "form-textarea"

 * Cleaned out the Javascript
 * Split Javascript in a normal .js file and a small piece of dynamically gnerated JS
 * Revived the hook stuff. Hooks are now very very easy to use.

It now has a hook, other modules can thus easily add buttons. See thecode for an example.
It also creates the javascript on the fly.
some more, minor enhancements are in place.

- Moved around some code to improve readability;
- Made some things more drupalish according to the drupal code guidelines.
- used url() for the JavaScript function inside _init() hook;

humhum. I cant get grip on this tag-bracnh stuff. trying to get it in HEAD. So sorry for the CVS-message spam, I am fighting with the tags/branch stuff.
