I have Stories divided into sub-categories using the taxonomy function. I also have the pdfview module enabled. On pages bearing the different submitted story categories, however, I have this error message:

warning: Missing argument 3 for pdfview_link() in /home/xprt007/public_html/drupal5/modules/pdfview/pdfview.module on line 42.

I dont quite remember, but I think i have a similar error turning up

How do I get rid of it?

Another pdfview related question:

Is it possible to configure it in such a way that the generated pdf document includes the at least site logo or the url of the generated document? If so, where does one make those changes?
