After updating to version 6.x-1.18 of Token module I get the following error in the log. I have reverted back to 6.x-1.16 of token module and all is fine again.
The custom_breadcrumbs_nodeapi() function called token replacement with an array rather than a string for $text in /home/xxxxx/public_html/sites/all/modules/token/token.module on line 263.
