I want to post jobs directly to "qualified" user page,like a message
- an apply link from the job page starts work flow and send as "message" to recruiter with a user restricted fields pdf resume attachment
-Recruiter short lists the resume and schedules an interview with optional dates and times this goes back to user
- user selects his a date and time or creates his own schedule
- either a recruiter or user accepts the schedule date or dates. then only full resume is visible

i am exploring the ways to achieve this any ideas, inputs , help plz

I can see that an online application button would really be useful (see also #1204554: Provide a job application workflow), but I don't think we want to implement a date synchronization for a review. In my opinion applicant and recruiter should do that on another channel (email, telephone, doodle, whatever).

In my opinion, Only Job posting and resume building will render this as loose ended application
An internal job board kind using messaging, or apply directly to the Recruiter, or both with an option to select "allow"either or both may be incorporated which closes the loose ends at least, making it useful.
I happened to see the demo site http://drupaljobs.epiqo.com/I see that the Apply for this position link is available.Hence this request
