Currently, the data comparison does not allow for checking for multiple selected options. Let's allow that by implementing a "is one of" comparison operator.

Also, there is the "contains" operator for text only, what is deprecated by the text comparison condition. Let's remove it from the UI if it is not selected, so at least any possible existing rules won't break but people start using the text comparison instead.

It took a little while to trace this back from #1122970-5: Content is viewed not fired with Path has URL alias.
