can any adjustments be made so this module works together with that admin-overlay module?

using the Dev-release does resolve the issue of the admin-overlay not appearing. the admin-overlay does appear.

1. Disable "Rename admin paths" module
2. Disable "Overlay" module
3. Enable "Rename admin paths" module (dev version)
4. Enable "Overlay" module
