menu inside node page

hi all!
I have small problem... is there any possibility to create menu inside node page and to make content of this menu editable ??
for example we have main page with menu: home | about | contact , and when i click "home" i will see page and on this page will be next menu in riht sidebar, but on the main page there was no right sidebar menu but this menu will show after click... PLZ help
