The fieldgroup settings seem to be ignored wwhen checking an exported Feature against the default.

For instance, in the attached, the Field Group is set to be a fieldset with no special handling.

The export includes a 'disabled' flag not present in the "default" rendering.

This was caused by exporting using rc2 and then upgrading to -dev.

Re-exporting the feature fixes the issue.
