If we pointed people to the right direction in the first place, they wouldn't "pollute" issues with comments asking such questions.
This idea came to me while writing #1308176: [meta] Battle plan for stopping spam/"subscribe"/"+1"/"thank you" comments (and cleaning up old ones from the db too). (the suggestion to add "report spam/abuse" links next to the "edit" & "reply" links in comments in specific).

klonosI think it's pointless to argue over that verbally, so here's a screenie of how it could look.
...you can always leave it as is and keep having the issue queues getting "spammed" with the same questions and answers over and over ;)
