I guess this is the place to report that the second link shown on the current "Community Initiatives" page gives a 403 error.
What that communicates to me is that I'm not allowed to participate in Drupal community initiatives.
Dial down the snark, pillarsdotnet!
No "snark" involved; I'm just reporting the bare facts. I clicked on the "Community initiatives" link because I wanted to get involved, and I got a 403 "Access denied" page. How many other users have had this same experience?

Here's this shiny "Community Initiatives" page right at the top of the "Developer Info" block.
Go ahead and click on it; you know you want to!

Sorry; you're not allowed.
Not as critical, but the "Drupal.org content strategy" link points to the same page as the "Install profile packaging" link.

silverwing CreditAttribution: silverwing commentedI removed the link from the Community Initiatives page for the High Priority Features (per #1302290: Access Denied on contribute page )
I changed the link for the Content Strategy.
