Accept a time in the link [#1301118]

in you-tube you can put link with time start e.g.:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?NR=1&v=me5KUTMeqMs&t=2m10s
so if is putted this kind of link, in the window should be presented film form this point of time.

Alright, here's a patch for 7.x-2.x. I got #t=... to convert to &start= for the embedded version. Should work with any combination of m and s parameters. Much appreciation to jobeirne for helping me out with the regexs.
