I usually got below message :

Adv CSS/JS Agg - Async Mode	Flush your caches
You need to flush your menu cache. This can be done near the bottom of the performance page. If this does not fix the issue copy this info below when opening up an issue for advagg:

It appears like 2 - 3 times a day. When it appeared, my server load goes high up. Sometime it cause my server to go to like 40 - 50 load average. I also tried to turn off Async mode but that didn't help. I still got similar message to flush your caches.

I'm wondering what should I do to fix it? Or it's normal when using AdvAgg? My server is running on Nginx, PHP-FPM, Memcached. I also have Authcache for authenticate user and Boost for Anonymous user.

Look like there is some problem with phpBBforum Integration module. Once I disabled it, tested it for a day. I don't have any flush problem anymore.
