The navigation bar containing the prev and next links is no longer the full width of the calendar. It appears aligned left above the calendar. Attached screenshot.

This one is weird. I didn't think I did anything that would do this. I'll have to investigate...

Somthing changed in css between 4.7 and 5.x. Oddly, it seems to work better if I re-arrange the calendar css. I also needed a change in the place I put one of the classes. Anyway, I think this is working with latest commit.

It's almost there, but I'm seeing a few things (all on Firefox and Safari) that I don't think are intentional.

  1. There is a gap between the nav bar and the calendar.
  2. On month, week and day views the left side is not quite aligned with the calendar (shifted a bit to the right).
  3. On year views the right side of the nav bar extends beyond the right edge of the calendars.
  4. The text of the nav bar has become tiny.
  5. The table used for the nav bar has visible borders.

Screenshot of year view attached.

I'm making some structural changes to the way the module handles arguments. The changes are only in HEAD and 5.x right now, but I'll backport them if they seem to be working right. When I do that, 4.7 will get a lot of changes, so I'm postponing all css and theme issues for 4.7 until then, since otherwise I may fix some of these things only to have them break again.

Can't replicate this with latest code on a fresh install with the default theme so it is either fixed or a theme-specific issue.
