I have been unable to get the anonymous user voting function to work. Even in a vanilla install of Drupal 7.8, the anonymous user cannot vote, so interference from other modules is unlikely.

As I am not an expert at PHP / Drupal, I thought I'd open an issue here. Any help would be appreciated.
